How CIKITSA INDIA collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.
What we collect
When you use an enquiry form, we collect your name, country, WhatsApp or phone number with country code, the specialty or help you need, your preferred way to be contacted, and an email address and message if you choose to give them. We also record the page you used, the advertisement or link that brought you there, and the time.
Our forms are not for medical records. If your enquiry needs documents such as reports or a passport copy, we will explain the designated secure way to share them, and tell you how they will be handled before we ask for them.
Why we use it
To contact you about your enquiry, to coordinate consultations with hospitals and specialists, and to arrange the invitation letter assistance, travel and follow-up you ask for. We use advertising details only to understand which of our adverts are useful, and never send medical details to analytics tools.
Who sees it
Only the coordinators handling your enquiry, and the hospitals and doctors involved in your care. Access to sensitive records is limited to authorised staff. We do not sell your details. We will ask for your consent before sending marketing messages or using your information for advertising audiences.
Family members
A family member can make the first enquiry. Sharing medical information or sensitive details is done with the patient's permission where appropriate.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are coordinating your care and any follow-up, and then only as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and have it deleted. Email admin@cikitsaindia.com with the subject "Delete my data", or call or WhatsApp +91 8152 94 95 96. We confirm your identity using the details you originally gave us, then confirm once the deletion is done. Records a hospital or the law requires us to keep are explained to you.
