Seeking treatment in India from another country?

You may be arranging care for yourself, a parent, a child or someone close to you. Along with medical decisions, you may need to plan consultations, documents, travel and accommodation. We help coordinate these so the process is easier to understand.

Before you travel

Six steps, most of them done from home.

  1. Tell us what you need

Which medical specialty or service you are looking for.

  2. Share existing information

Reports and scans, through the designated secure channel, if you have them.

  3. Discuss consultation options

With the relevant hospital or specialist.

  4. Request treatment information

And cost estimates from the treating provider.

  5. Understand the visa process

The invitation letter and medical visa documents that apply to you.

  6. Plan travel and stay

Flights, accommodation and local transport, if you decide to go ahead.

Visa invitation letter guidance

Clear steps, and honest expectations.

For eligible international patients, the hospital can issue an invitation letter that supports a medical visa application. We help with that process and explain which documents are usually requested.

  • Passport details for the patient and any attendants
  • Recent medical reports that explain the need for treatment
  • Planned hospital and appointment details

Requirements vary by country. Visa decisions are made by the relevant authorities, and neither an invitation letter nor our assistance guarantees approval.

Travel and stay

A place to rest, close to your hospital.

We help coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation and local transport according to your requirements, hospital visit details and what is available.

  • Accommodation options near the hospital
  • Airport pickup and drop-off
  • Local transport to appointments
  • Return travel planned around your doctor's advice

Support for patients and families

Nobody should have to plan this alone.

We understand that family members are often part of healthcare decisions. With the patient's consent, we can help coordinate communication and practical arrangements with the relevant people.

Please don't send passport copies or medical records through public forms or social media. We'll explain the secure way to share them.
Questions from international patients

Before you plan your trip.

Do you help with medical visa invitation letters?

We help eligible international patients with the hospital-related invitation letter process. Requirements vary, and neither an invitation letter nor our assistance guarantees visa approval.

Can you help arrange accommodation and local transport?

Yes. We can help coordinate these arrangements according to your requirements, availability and hospital visit details.

Can my family member contact you on my behalf?

Yes, a family member can make the first enquiry. Sharing medical information or coordinating sensitive details should be done with the patient's permission where appropriate.

Can I get a treatment plan and cost estimate before travelling?

We can help coordinate with the hospital or medical team to request available treatment information and cost estimates. These may change after clinical evaluation, additional tests or consultation.
