Privacy notice for enquiries

This notice covers the details you give us through the enquiry forms on our treatment pages and the reports you send us afterwards.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, country code, email if you give it, and what you need help with. We also record the page you used, the advertisement or link that brought you there, and the time. If you send medical reports or a passport copy, we keep those as well.

Why we use it

To contact you about your enquiry, to arrange a review of your reports by doctors at partner hospitals, and to organise the visa, travel and follow-up you ask for. We use the advertisement details only to understand which of our adverts are useful.

Who sees it

Our coordinators, and the partner hospitals and doctors who review your case. We share reports with a hospital only for your enquiry. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are coordinating your care and any follow-up, and then only as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices
