Data deletion instructions

If you have submitted an enquiry form, sent us a medical report, or messaged us on WhatsApp, you can ask us to delete the details we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to admin@cikitsaindia.com with the subject line "Delete my data", from the email address or with the phone number you used when you contacted us. Alternatively, call or WhatsApp us at +91 8152 94 95 96 and ask a coordinator to process a deletion request.

What happens next

We will confirm your identity using the phone number, email or enquiry details you originally gave us, then delete your name, contact details, enquiry record and any reports you sent, from our systems and from any partner hospital record created solely for your enquiry. We will confirm by email or WhatsApp once this is done, normally within 7 days.

What we cannot delete

If a hospital has already created a formal patient record for ongoing treatment, or if we are required to keep certain records by law (for example, for tax or medical-travel compliance), we will delete what we can and tell you what must be retained and why.
